Refund Policy

Rashi sells a personalised digital product (a PDF report) that is generated and delivered immediately upon payment. Because the product is custom-generated and delivered digitally, all sales are generally final.

1. No Refund on Delivered Reports

Once your Report has been generated and sent to your email address, we are unable to offer a refund. This is because the Report is created specifically for you using your birth data, and cannot be returned or reused.

This policy is consistent with the exemption for customised digital goods under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. When a Refund Will Be Issued

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

We do not issue refunds because you are dissatisfied with the content of your Report, or because the Report does not match your expectations of what an astrology reading should say.

3. In-App Purchases (iOS and Android)

If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google, subject to their respective refund policies. We are unable to process refunds for in-app purchases on your behalf.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a web purchase, email us at support@sendflo.io with:

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
