Rashi is operated by Sendflo Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable Indian law.
When you use Rashi to generate a birth chart report, we collect:

We do not collect government-issued IDs, financial account numbers, health data, or biometric data.

The legal basis for processing is your informed consent, given at the time you submit your birth details and complete payment. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer — withdrawal will not affect processing already completed.
Your birth data is passed to Anthropic PBC (USA) solely for formatting, grammar checking, and readability processing of your report text. No data is stored by Anthropic beyond the processing of a single request. Your email is passed to Resend (USA) solely to deliver your report. Neither third party is permitted to use your data for any other purpose.
We store a hashed record of your payment receipt and order status in our database to prevent duplicate claims. Your birth data is retained for 90 days after report generation to allow re-delivery if needed, after which it is permanently deleted.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any party for marketing purposes.
Some of the third parties listed above are located outside India. Where your data is transferred internationally, we ensure such transfers are made to entities that maintain data protection standards equivalent to those required under the DPDP Act, through contractual safeguards or applicable adequacy determinations.

Rashi is not directed at children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian use the service on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. In the event of a data breach that is likely to cause harm to you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
